Anneliese Louise van der Pol - an American born Dutch actor and singer is a Dutch national. She is well-known for her work in the theatre and for her role as Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its spinoff Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is a Dutch base American actor (Female) and a vocalist who is best known for her recurring roles in a TV series That's So Raven.
